The Epsom Derby
The Epsom Derby is considered to be one of the most prestigious flat thoroughbred horse races in the world. It’s a truly unmissable two-day festival of horse racing which dates back to 1780. The Festival, one of the most iconic events in the British sporting and social calendar takes place, each year, in June at Epsom Downs Racecourse, Surry, England.
The Derby Day is a great day out, and always has a very special atmosphere. Make sure, you’ve dressed up in your best; to see the finest three year old fillies competing in The Oaks. See you there.
